As I mentioned in our phone conversation, Kirk Specialty Products has expanded rapidly in the last year and now has 20 employees. We want to put together a comprehensive insurance plan for our employees and for the business. Three local firms have been asked to submit proposals.
Please consider the following possible types of coverage when structuring your proposal:
o Health insurance, including hospitalization and major
medical.
o A SMP (Special Multi-Peril Policy) for on-premises
liability.
o Surety bond that will cover both general employee honesty
and our payroll people.
o An OLT (Owners, Landlords, and Tenants) policy for our
machinery and other equipment.
o A Business Automobile policy for the company-owned cars
driven by myself and our three sales representatives.
Please submit your proposal and quote as soon as possible. We want to make our decision on insurance coverage by the end of the month.
